- The cost of shipping can be viewed at the time of payment.

- Shipments are made only and exclusively on working days of each month, therefore on holidays no shipment is made. For orders placed after 12pm (GMT Rome) they will processed the next work day. For orders placed close to the weekend, they will be processed and shipped on the following working days.

The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the Order within 4/5 working days (for shipments to Italy) from the acceptance of the Order, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the Order.

For deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any import customs charges will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of his/her country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.

The delivery times indicated by Uncle Pietro must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent fractional shipments does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or indemnity.

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:

That the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or in any way altered, including the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported by making a specific note on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.

The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.

Returns & Exchanges: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
